Delivery
Where stock is readily available we will post your order within three working days of payment clearing. If we are awaiting stock of the item ordered, then you will be sent an email advising of the expected despatch date.
As standard all parcels are sent recorded delivery so they have some level of insurance while in transit.
Please allow the specified time for items which are not held in stock and have to be ordered in.
International Delivery
We ship to USA, Canada & the Caribbean. There is a minimum delivery charge of £35 per order up to 2kg. The delivery charge for orders over 2kg is £50 up to 5kg. The charge for orders over 5kg is £100.

Returns Policy
For items purchased over the internet:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receipt so we can approve the return and know to expect a parcel from you.
Once your item is received, we'll be happy to refund the cost of your item less a 10% admin fee, unless the item is faulty. If you decide to take another item in replacement, this will be posted to you free of charge.
We do not refund postage costs.
