Delivery
Where stock is readily available we will post your order within three working days of payment clearing. If we are awaiting stock of the item ordered, then you will be sent an email advising of the expected despatch date.
We ship to USA, Canada & the Caribbean. There is a minimum delivery charge of £35 per order up to 2kg. The delivery charge for orders over 2kg is £50 up to 5kg. The charge for orders over 5kg is £100.
Returns Policy
For items purchased over the internet:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receipt so we can approve the return and know to expect a parcel from you.
All goods returned must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. Returns must be made using a trackable postage source. All items returned remain the responsibility of the buyer until such time as received by DSG Fashions. Once your item is received, we'll be happy to refund the cost of your item less a 10% admin fee, unless the item is faulty. Replacement for faulty items will be posted to you free of charge.
We do not refund postage costs.
